I planned to engage an agent when I decided to put my home on the market (no online company), I was interviewing 3. Jackye was the 2nd interview and I immediately cancelled the 3rd after meeting her. Jackye is more than an agent; she coached, consoled, encouraged, researched, negotiated, explained (a lot) and did a lot of hand-holding with me throughout the entire process. If you want a successful outcome, hire her and listen to what she has to say. Jackye Mumphrey is truly the real estate expert. Sold at listed price, I was thrilled!

Jackye is an amazing agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure my property was sold. It was a very unique property that was sought after by a very specific type of investor. She put together an excellent marketing packet and went over and beyond my expectations. Jackye is extremely thorough and VERY VERY VERY knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable of all things real estate. Listen to her and your house will sell. She understands the value of location and uses that accordingly to get homes sold and also values what buyers want in a home.
